Safeclean was first established in 1965 and specialised in “hand cleaning” using natural sea sponges and herbal foam. The first Safeclean franchise was awarded in 1970 and has expanded to a network that fully services the whole of the UK. All our Safeclean operatives only use organic based products so you can be assured that your soft furnishings are being cleaned safely and effectively.

Mick & Chris Fidoe's Safeclean story:

We joined the Safeclean network in January 2002, initially operating in the North Cotswolds and Cheltenham areas.  In August 2002 we were fortunate to be made New Franchisees of the Year and by February 2004 we expanded our areas to include Worcester and surrounding towns and employed our first Technician. In order to support the growing demand of our specialist rug cleaning service, we opened a 520 sq ft workshop in February 2008.

After 16 years working for the premier seed and plant company in the U.K. we had experienced the importance of quality and service and wanted to bring that ethos to our Safeclean business. As testament to our high levels of customer service, we have built a business where the majority of our work comes from existing customers and referrals.
